And in order for me to call someone in China, wouldn't I have to know the number in the first place? So, logically, wouldn't I have to know someone in order to call them there?
Even if I called China, I don't know any Mandarin or Cantonese or whatever other language they have there. So that 1.8 cents per minute would cost me about 9 cents... because that's how long I'd be on the phone.
I'm just saying.
